My blog website is finally up and running! I’ve been working on this project for many weeks and my design & programming team did an exceptional job (thanks guys). As you can read, my name is Jaime Paredes and my company provides Internet consulting services among other things.

Quick summary on my background and why you should consider coming back to this website and possibly signing up for my reports, webinars and video tutorials (all at no cost to you)

- Born in Santiago, Chile; raised in Vancouver, Canada; living in Miami, FL for the past 11 years
- Began working on the Internet in 2000 for a US Hispanic Internet portal — www.Terra.com
- Next 3 jobs, 20 – 30% of my job function revolved around developing websites, databases and implementing Internet marketing campaigns in Latin America (for Volkswagen, Porsche and Wendy’s (fast food)).
- In January 2008, purchased WSI franchise for Miami-Dade (stands for We Simplify the Internet). WSI provides web development and Internet marketing services to clients. My WSI website is http://www.wsiClientsFindYou.com.

I’ve decided to take it one step further and brand myself, Jaime Paredes, as someone who provides Internet consulting services to individuals and businesses of all sizes.

Over the past 20 months, I’ve networked in BNI, DBC, different Chambers of Commerce through out Miami and 80% of the time, people don’t understand what I do. “Internet Marketing, what is that? What can you do for my business?” My hope is that you can learn enough on this blog AND other website that I recommend where you can learn different elements of this business.

This business is not rocket science however there is a lot to know and the landscape changes quickly. For that reason, I read or watch videos a minimum of 2 hours per day (usually not in bed before 1 a.m.). I am plugged into the best Internet marketing gurus in the business apart from WSI and for this reason, I’m a great resource. More importantly, I’ll share with you the latest trends, techniques and tricks to take your web marketing to the next level.

I am truly passionate about this business. WHY?
- The potential to making money is unlike many other businesses
- Cost of entry is far less (many people I know run their multi-million dollar business from home)
- If you know where to look, the information can cost you next to nothing (I paid over $50,000 for my franchise — I’ll let you know if this was a good decision on another blog post)
- Two books you must read: The World is Flat & The 4 Hour Work Week (don’t remember the authors) — I am an avid reader and without a doubt, two of the best books I’ve read in years!
